Need a hand with CountFlow? Email Thomas@thomasdstoker.com and we'll get back to you. Please include your device model and a short description of the issue (a screenshot helps).

What is CountFlow? CountFlow lets you tap to count anything — vaping, glasses of water, coffees, press-ups — and, if you set a goal, it learns your real trend and gives you a sensible target each day, whether you're cutting down or building up.

How do I start counting? On the Home screen, tap the big button once for each occurrence. Use Undo (−1) to remove an accidental tap.

How do I add days I forgot to log? Home → Add historical data → enter the count and pick the date (you can add a time too, which makes it show on the hourly graph).

Why doesn't "Target for today" change as I tap? When you set a goal, CountFlow fixes your target for the day from your recent trend, so it's a steady line to aim at. Your total shows as Under / Met / Exceeded against it. For a "build up" goal, exceeding is good; for "cut down", staying under is good.

Why does it say "Gathering data…"? The app needs a few days of history before it can show a reliable trend.

Graphs? The Graphs tab has Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and a whole-Journey view; use the arrows to look back through earlier periods.

Is my data backed up online / synced? No — everything stays on your device. Export to CSV (Settings → Export) for your own backup.

Reminders? Settings → Reminders: once a day or repeating within a time window, with sound, vibration and/or screen flash.

Change what I'm counting? Settings → Name & unit. Delete my data? Settings → Clear all data.
